We design and manufacture smart fishing gear—such as commercial line haulers—that is efficient, durable, and easy to operate, purpose-built for local small boats and distributed through trusted church partners. This technology investment upgrades the fisheries value chain at its core: it meaningfully increases catch efficiency and income, strengthens on-deck safety, and supports decent work and stable employment. Because the equipment is simple to learn and ergonomically friendly, women and older workers who were previously limited by physical demands can now participate, advancing gender equality and economic empowerment. More than a gear upgrade, it builds the foundation for community resilience and inclusive growth. We will continue investing to iterate and improve the equipment, unlocking greater benefits and possibilities over time.
